The Watertown Children's Theatre and Watertown Cable will join forces this summer for a new summer program. Students in the theater program will write, design and rehearse their own short plays and then work with the WCAC-TV camp to create short films that will appear on Watertown Cable Access television.  Campers at the WCAC-TV camp will learn how to operate the equipment and how to produce a television program.
