UPDATE: Dexter The Cat Is Home Safe And Sound
Dexter, an indoor cat, went missing on Central Boulevard in Bayville several days ago.

Dexter is back where he belongs, home safe with his family.
His owner Jennifer Carnevale said she found her cat in her next door neighbor's backyard, after the indoor kitty somehow slipped out several days ago.

"I want to thank everyone for the help ... Dexter is home , we found him today ..!!!!," she posted on her Facebook page.
Original story:The tall, thin, gray and white cat somehow escaped from his home at the intersection of Central Boulevard and Roosevelt recently. He is an indoor cat and has not been outside, so he is probably very scared and confused.

Dexter has seven toes on each of his front paws and is friendly, said owner Jennifer Carnevale.
"I’m desperate to find him, my son is devastated," she said on her Facebook page and the Bayville...Best Place On Earth Facebook page. "Please message me if you see him and if you do pick him up, and message me I will get him ASAP and I will reward for for help."
