Lawton C. Johnson Summit Middle School will host a parent event, as part of the school' PACT program (Parents And Counselors Together), called "Breaking the Cycle."

It will take place on April 24th at 7:30pm in the auditorium.
"Breaking the Cycle" is part of Montclair State University's Theatre on the Move, which uses performance to address the serious topic of bullying. The 40-minute performance, focusing on bullying, is drawn from contemporary American plays and from the personal and heartfelt experiences of the student acting company.

It is followed by an interactive workshop and panel discussion, led by school administrators, local police, and the school's ani-bullying specialist.
This event is open to all families in the school district (K-12).
