Summit Swears In New Firefighter, Graduate Of Summit High School
Mayor Nora Radest and members of the Summit Fire Department had a swearing in ceremony for a new firefighter on Monday.

SUMMIT, NJ — Mayor Nora Radest and members of the Summit Fire Department led a swearing-in ceremony for firefighter Matt Carbone on Monday, according to a recent announcement.
Carbone was appointed to the Volunteer Division of the Fire Department in 2020 and finished his Firefighter 1 and 2 training at the Middlesex County and Union County Fire Academies.
Not only is Carbone a Summit resident, but he is also a graduate of Summit High School.
