Summit Yoga Studio Hosts Stretch Class To Raise Money For Ukraine
The studio is offering a slow flow/deep stretch class at its Summit location, and all proceeds will go toward relief efforts in Ukraine.
SUMMIT, NJ — Home Power Yoga in Downtown Summit is offering a class this weekend in which all proceeds will be donated to relief efforts in Ukraine.
The studio, located on 463 Springfield Avenue, will host the slow flow/deep stretch class on Sunday from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. All money raised will go toward medical aid and humanitarian relief for the front line workers and first responders in Ukraine, according to post on Summit Downtown's Facebook.
The class is described as a slower-paced flow followed by 20 to 30 minutes of deep stretch poses with optional hands-on assistance.

Home Power Yoga asks for a $25 donation and additional donations can be made via a cash jar in the studio or through Venmo @homepoweryoga.
