Franklin Lakes Police Arrest 3 After Underage Drinking Party

The party's host and 2 other people were charged, police said.

FRANKLIN LAKES, NJ — A township man and two other people were arrested and charged after police investigated a noise complaint and learned an underage drinking party occurred, authorities said.

Police went to the McCoy Road at 10:15 p.m. after getting a report of a noise complaint. They found that people under the age of 21 drank alcohol at a party, said Capt. John Bakelaar.

The party's host, Allen Cummings, 21, of Franklin Lakes, was charged with maintaining a nuisance, the captain said.

Two other people were arrested and charged. Adam Hirsch, 20, of River Vale was charged with driving while intoxicated. Omar Abbassi, 20, of Hillsdale, was charged with possession of THC oil, Baklaar said.
