Wyckoff PD Arrest Two Franklin Lakes Residents for DWI on Same Day
Michelle Molina, 21, and Ryan J. Vieldhouse, 22, were both arrested in separate incidents last week.

Wyckoff Police made two separate DWI arrests on the same day after one driver was first stopped for going 83 mph on Route 208 and the other allegedly struck a utility pole and left the scene.
The first arrest came at 2:51 a.m. on Feb. 7 when police stopped a vehicle on Route 208 for going 83 mph and arrested the driver, Michelle Molina, 21, of Franklin Lakes for driving while intoxicated. Police say Molina was also in possession of a marijuana grinder, a marijuana smoking pipe and plastic bag containing a small quantity of marijuana.
Following a breath, Molina was charged with driving while intoxicated, speeding, reckless driving, possession of marijuana and possession of narcotics paraphernalia. She was released to a family member and will appear in municipal court.

The second arrest came at 11:30 p.m. when Wyckoff Police received a report that a vehicle had struck a utility pole at the corner of Sicomac Avenue and Russell Avenue and fled the scene, Wyckoff Police Chief Benjamin C. Fox said. But while responding to the scene, police saw ”a vehicle with heavy front end damage at the corner of Russell Avenue and Eder Avenue.” The driver, Ryan J. Vieldhouse, 22, of Franklin Lakes, was arrested for DWI.
Following a breath test, Vieldhouse was charged with driving while intoxicated, careless driving and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle crash. He is scheduled to appear in municipal court on Feb. 18 and was released to a friend.
