NYC McDonald's Begins Carding Customers, Bans Anyone Under 20
Police have been called to the location 29 times so far this year.

BROOKLYN, NY — A McDonald's in Brooklyn is now carding customers that want to enter and is requiring customers under the age of 20 must be accompanied by a parent.
The new rule comes after the McDonald's in Flatbush was victimized by groups of teenagers who wreaked havoc at the location and attacked a security guard, according to multiple media reports.
A sign on the front door reads, "No one under the age of 20 is allowed in this restaurant without a parent and proper identification."

"As a Brooklyn-born military veteran and local business owner for over 30 years, I have deep respect for this community. This measure to ID customers is another way we're prioritizing the safety and security of our people within our lobby."
