Knife-Wielding Bandits Rob Man In Central Park: Police

CENTRAL PARK, NY – A group of individuals armed with a knife robbed a man in Central Park on Thursday night, according to police.

At about 10:20 p.m., a 37-year-old man was approached by a group who brandished a knife, making off with the man’s wallet and cell phone, police said.

The robbery happened near East Drive in Central Park close to Wollman Rink, not far from the Central Park Zoo.

No arrests have been made and an investigation is ongoing.
