Farmingdale Soccer Club Awards Scholarships

Members of Farmingdale Soccer Club were honored at the organization's annual Soccer Day recently at Ellsworth W. Allen Park. 

Each year, the Farmingdale Soccer Club awards scholarships to participants who have represented the community well through hard work and teamwork. 

Oyster Bay Councilman Anthony Macagnone presented each of this year scholarship recipients with a certificate to congratulate them on their achievements and wished them success in their college careers.

Joining Macagnone were District Court Judge Rhonda Fischer (3rd from right) and Nassau County Legislator Rose Walker (2nd from right).

This year’s scholarships winners (pictured front row, from left, are Amanda Bornstein, Emma Broderick, Danielle Kleinhans, Allison Missbach, Melissa Norton, Joseph Reilly and Christina Vargas.
