Village to Hold Public Hearing Monday on Apartment Proposal
Proposal calls for the construction of a new 3 1/2 story building containing 27 apartments on Eastern Parkway.
The Village of Farmingdale is scheduled to hold a public hearing Monday night to discuss a plan that would allow an apartment building near the LIRR station.
The meeting is set for 8 p.m. at Village Hall, 361 Main Street.
The plan under consideration would permit is for the proposed construction of a new 3 ½ story mixed-use building consisting of 27 apartments with 55 spaces to park cars at the property located at 285 Eastern Parkway.
