Morning Fire Erupts On West 125th Street In Harlem
Firefighters responded to an early morning blaze in Harlem on Friday.

HARLEM, NY – An early morning fire broke out on the first floor of a six-story residential building at 545 West 125th Street in Harlem on Friday.
The building is next to Harlem’s United Pentecostal Church and across the street from C-Town Market near the New York City Housing Authority’s General Grant Houses.
The fire, reported at 6:28 a.m., triggered a significant response, with 106 firefighters and EMS personnel arriving at the scene.

No injuries were reported.
The blaze, which originated on the first floor of the mixed-use, residential building, was under control by 7:34 a.m., according to the FDNY.
