Crimes Nearby: DWI, Marijuana Possession

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Suffolk County police reported the following arrests.

Kings Park

Stephen and Jeffery Sallustro, both from Hicksville were charged with criminal trespass.  Police said Jeffery Sallustro, 26 was 4-wheeling in a 1993 Jeep Cherokee on the grounds of the Kings Park Psychiatric Hospital at approximately 10:40 p.m. on September 27. Stephen Sallustro, 28, was a passenger in the car.

Thomas Gesuale of Northport was charged with 2nd degree menacing. Police say Gesuale ran at another man while holding a baseball bat on September 30.

Joseph Forte, 27, of Kings Park was arrested Oct. 1 in Smithtown and charged with petty larceny, and grand larceny. Reports indicate Forte was arrested for an alleged jewelry theft at TJ Maxx, and Kohl’s.
 
Scott Werner, 24 of Kings Park was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Police say Werner had a bag containing marijuana and marijuana equipment in his pockets on October 5 at approximately 8:15 p.m. on Larkfield Road in Northport.

Commack

Joan Landy, 58, of Commack, was arrested October 5 in East Patchogue and charged with criminal trespassing. Police said Landy entered the fenced area belonging to Auto Warehouse, located at 536 East Main Street, after previously being told not to do so.

Lindsay Olivera, 26, of Smithtown, was arrested October 6 in Commack and charged with DWI. Olivera was allegedly involved in a motor vehicle accident at 9:10 p.m. on Jericho Turnpike. She was driving a 2009 Toyota.

Corinne Crane, 24, was arrested October 6 in Commack and charged with burglary. Crane allegedly used a ladder in an attempt to gain entry to the upstairs window of a residence located in Wenmore Court and steal items.

Michael Quigley, 32, of Commack, was arrested October 7 in Bay Shore and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Police observed Quigley at the corner of the Southern State Parkway and Fifth Avenue driving a 2006 Subaru with a license that had been suspended more than three times.

Three Village

Three people were arrested Sept. 30 in separate incidents on Nicolls Road.

James Pancaldo, 21, of South Setauket, was arrested Sept. 30 in Stony Brook and charged with DWI. According to police, Pancaldo was observed driving a 1993 Jeep southbound on Nicolls Rd. and was arrested at 2:37 a.m.

Carlos Carcamo, 26, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested Sept. 30 on Nicolls Rd. in Stony Brook and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. According to police, Carcamo had more than three license suspensions.

Victoria Lissaris, 21, of Centereach, was arrested Sept. 30 in Stony Brook and charged with DWI. According to police, Lissaris was observed driving southbound on Nicolls Rd. and was arrested at 2:44 a.m.

Port Jefferson

Robin Payne, Jr., 26, of Hampton Bays was arrested Sept. 29 in Port Jefferson Station and charged with obscene language and gestures. Payne was arrested for allegedly yelling and cursing in front of 7-Eleven located on Route 112 for no apparent reason.

Harvey C. Robinson, Jr., 68, of Port Jefferson was arrested Sept. 29 in Patchogue and charged with fifth degree criminal possession of stolen property. Robinson allegedly stole a watch, and attempted to pawn it.
