Smithtown's Accompsett Middle School Students Make Strides For Breast Cancer Awareness

SMITHTOWN, NY — Accompsett Middle School organized several activities throughout October to raise awareness for breast cancer research, the Smithtown School District announced.

Students made bracelets, keychains and temporary tattoos, sold pink donuts, and held a school-wide cancer walk.

Principal Paul McNeil stood proudly outside on Saturday as all students walked around the middle school athletic fields to walk in the name of breast cancer awareness.
