WATCH: Sertinos Café Preps for Grand Opening
Sertinos Café Owner Craig Lowenthal allowed the Patch cameras follow him throughout the new eatery for a sneak-peek of the location prior to the Aug. 13 grand opening.
With Sizzler closing its doors in Dec. 2010, , with expectations to open in summer 2011.
After more than eight months of work and planning the café is set to open Aug. 13.
The café offers food and beverages from toasted and Panini sandwiches to salads, organic espresso and brewed coffees, teas, frappes and more.

is open Monday through Thursday from 5:45 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday’s from 5:45 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., Saturday’s from 7 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., and Sunday’s from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
