Elderly Wash Heights Woman With Dementia Disappears On July 4th: NYPD
Agustina Berrio was last seen leaving her Washington Heights home on Independence Day at about 4 p.m. Monday, cops say.

WASHINGTON HEIGHTS, NY — An elderly woman with dementia disappeared in Washington Heights on the Fourth of July, said the NYPD.
Agustina Berrio, 79, was last seen leaving her home at West 162nd Street and St. Nicholas Avenue Monday at about 4 p.m., police said.
Berrio stands 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighs about 140 pounds and has gray hair and brown eyes, police said.

There is no description of what she was last wearing, cops said on Wednesday.
