Lobster Steakhouse, with its eye-catching name, opened this spring with a space that can hold up to 75 patrons.
It is run by Ovidia Peralta, who also runs the uptown Dominican eatery Tierra Y Mar near West 181st Street, and previously oversaw a restaurant in the Bronx.
Lobster Steakhouse had its liquor license application approved by Community Board 12 at the beginning of April, and while Patch could not find a website for the restaurant, there are already a host of positive Google Reviews.
It has a 4.6 out of 5-star rating from eight reviews.
"Delicious food, friendly staff, nice atmosphere, and kid-friendliness with a good atmosphere for the entire family," one person wrote along with a 5-star review.
