Police Ask For Help Finding Bowling Alley Shooting Suspect
The victim was shot several times inside the bowling alley during an argument with the suspect, who fled the scene in an SUV.

CHARLOTTE, NC — Charlotte police are asking for the community's help locating a suspect wanted for assault with a deadly weapon after he shot a victim several times during an argument inside a south Charlotte bowling alley over the weekend.
The incident occurred shortly after 6:30 p.m. at AMF Centennial Lanes, located at 4501 South Boulevard. At the time of the shooting, about 50 people, including about 10 children, were inside the bowling alley, police said.
According to Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, the verbal argument began between the victim and the suspect after he entered the bowling alley.

"Two other unknown male suspects began arguing and then started physically fighting the victim," CMPD said. "During the altercation, one of the suspects discharged several shots striking the victim."
After the shooting, the suspect walked out of the business and got into a dark-colored Jeep SUV, CMPD said. He is described as having mid-back length dreadlocks, and was last seen wearing gray pants, white/gray shirt, and white shoes.

CMPD said anyone with information about the suspect's identity is asked to 911.
