  1. Local restaurant Fusion has been ordered by a federal court to pay back wages in damages. The Vienna-based eatery, just a short drive from Marietta, owes $1.45 million to workers who were paid off the books and denied overtime rates. $725,000 of that amount was for back wages alone.   2. The Washington County Sheriff's Office is seeking any information on the whereabouts of Debra Lee Sampson. There is a warrant out for Sampson for two counts of failure to appear and two counts of forgery; she was originally charged for receiving stolen property. Sampson's last known address was on State Route 7 in Marietta. (Washington County Sheriff's Office)
