- The cast of Marietta High School's production of "Matilda the Musical" wrapped up three successful performances this past weekend. According to Scott Reider, the co-director of the musical, "The students have put in around 100 hours of work since January" to prepare and put on the production. (The Marietta Times)
- The First Unitarian Universalist Society of Marietta hosted the Great Community Paper Airplane Event on Sunday afternoon. The free public event saw participants see who could throw the best paper airplanes from the choir loft of Marietta's Unitarian Universalist Church. Organizers said they open the event helps to bring together the community with some fun and the opportunity to connect with one another. (WTAP)
