  1. Chance Cox made his decision to sign with Marietta College to continue his football career. The senior athlete at St. Marys High School held his signing ceremony on Wednesday with his fellow players, coaches, and family. (WTAP)
  2. City Park in nearby Parkersburg will begin to look more "full" with its shrubbery. The Parkersburg City Tree Commission and Davey Resource Group are partnering to build up the tree canopy in the area, including City Park. “It’s always worth a try to increase the tree canopy within the city,” said City Planner Connor LaVelle.   3. The Humane Society of the Ohio Valley was closed on Tuesday for renovations. The facility installed soundproofing panels in the dog housing area, which will help with noise levels for the animals and the people looking to adopt. (Parkersburg News)
