3 Arrested In Deadly Shooting Outside Of Pittburgh-Area Wendy's
A trio has been arrested and charged with the fatal shooting of a man outside of a Pittsburgh fast-food Wendy's.
PITTSBURGH, PA — Three men have been charged in connection with a fatal shooting outside of a Pittsburgh-area Wendy's restaurant.
On Oct. 12, Allegheny County 911 was notified of a shooting outside of the restaurant at the intersection of Jacks Run Road and Lincoln Way. First responders found the victim, Kenneth Hayman, 33, suffering from numerous gunshot wounds. He was taken to an area hospital and pronounced dead.
County police detectives reviewed surveillance video showing a Chevrolet Silverado pull up behind Hayman, who was on his motorcycle at the intersection. Three men exited the vehicle and approached Hayman. As Hayman attempted to run, gunfire was exchanged with one of the men from the truck and Hayman was shot multiple times.

Through witness interviews and additional evidence collected during the investigation, detectives were able to identify the owner of the truck as Victor Cruz, 27. It was later determined Cruz, Albert Renchko, 36, and Jacob Baker. 33. were the men inside the truck at the time of the incident, and Baker was responsible for the shooting.
Cruz and Renchko are facing multiple charges to include criminal conspiracy and aggravated assault. Baker's charges include criminal conspiracy, aggravated assault and homicide.
