Charlene Tuttle has been named Rhode Island's 2018 Teacher of the Year, the state education department said.
JAMESTOWN, RI -- Charlene Tuttle has been named Rhode Island's 2018 Teacher of the Year, the state education department said. She is a teacher at the Lawn Avenue School. She will work with the state on education issues and could represent Rhode Island for national Teacher of the Year.
