Narragansett Woman Charged with DUI in Newport
Police said the 64-year-old drove through two red lights and was straddling lane markers on her way off Aquidneck Island.

NEWPORT, RI—A 64-year-old Narragansett woman is facing a charge of driving under the influence after she was pulled over in Newport early Saturday morning.
Norine Castiglioni, of 145 Mettatuxet Road, was stopped by an officer who reportedly saw her drive through two red lights and straddle lane markers at around 1:30 a.m. near Admiral Kalbfus Road and Connell Highway while apparently making her way toward the Claiborne Pell Newport Bridge.
Castiglioni was disoriented and showed signs of intoxication once stopped, according to a police report. She failed a field sobriety test at the scene and reportedly was argumentative with police.

At one point during the investigation, Castiglioni reportedly suggested to an officer that he was a "weirdo" and was likely not well-endowed.
