NEWPORT, RI — Newport will mark the 20th anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks with a bell ceremony at City Hall.

The ceremony will be held in front of City Hall starting at 8:30 a.m. and will feature the Newport Police Department, Fire Department and the Rogers High School ROTC.
