NEWPORT, RI Ian Rosado, 27, of Providence, was charged with felony Domestic Breaking and Entering after an incident at Chapel Terrace Housing. Police allege he broke into his ex-girlfriend's apartment and confronted her and her new boyfriend in bed. According to the arrest narrative, the woman told officers she and Rosado broke up three months earlier. Rosado was arrested in the apartment on April 16 at 9 a.m. He was also charged with two misdemeanors: Domestic Vandalism and Domestic Disorderly Conduct.
