Search Suspended For Plane That Left Newport For The Hamptons

The Wall Street Journal is reporting the Coast Guard has suspended the search for the wreckage of the plane which went down off Amagansett.

NEWPORT, RI The Wall Street Journal is reporting the Coast Guard has suspended the search for a small plane that went down in Long Island Sound about two miles off Amagansett. The plane, which left Newport on Saturday bound for the Hamptons, was carrying four people, including the pilot. They have been identified as Ben and Bonnie Krupinski, both 70, of East Hampton, their grandson William Maerov, 22, and the pilot, Jon Dollard, 47.
