FRCA Healthcare Reimbursement, Office Management Training Grads on Track to Employment
Twenty-eight graduated from Family Resources Community Action program May 31.
Twenty-eight individuals who successfully completed Family Resources Community Action (FRCA) Healthcare Reimbursement Specialist and Administrative Office Management trainings celebrated their success at a graduation ceremony on May 31 at FRCA’s Employment & Training Center in Woonsocket.
Several individuals also received certificates of accomplishment for completing the More for Your Money Financial Stability classes.

The following individuals completed the Healthcare Reimbursement Specialist training: Brandi Alvarez, Kerrie-Ann Barreiro, Miladys Carmenatty, Jennifer Cote, Mary Harty, Eileen Klarmann, Charleen McKenna, Glenda Ortiz, Jessica Puello, Lisa Ross, Laura Toro, Brianna Turcotte and Alisha West. The following individuals completed the Administrative Office Management training: Ericka Algarin, Nancy J. Ball, Jeanne Beausoleil, Candace Diaz, Angela Dipalma, Patricia Fischer, Joshua Fontaine, Anthony Giguere, Susan Jolicoeur, Amanda Lemire, Jennifer Long, Danielle Noel, Jacqueline Paddock, Samantha Rawlinson and Marie Serna.
Healthcare Reimbursement Specialist is a 10-week training program that provides hands-on instruction and prepares graduates for careers as Electronic Health Records and Health Information Technicians, Medical Billers, Bill and Account Collectors, and Medical Secretaries. Administrative Office Management is a 10-week training that provides hands-on instruction and prepares graduates for careers as Administrative Assistants, Receptionists, Customer Service Representatives and Secretaries. Participants also receive job-readiness training for assistance with writing resumes, interviewing and other preparation to improve their chances of employment success. Individuals are linked to other supports such as the Financial Opportunity Center to help strengthen their financial condition. FRCA is currently enrolling for the June 17th start date for these classes and for the Janitorial Training program.
