Riverfest - Riverzedge Arts and friends present Riverfest 2013 on Saturday, July 20, at River Island Park (at the intersection of Bernon Street and South Main Street) 12 to 4 p.m. to listen to music from Atlantic Thrills and other excellent acts, eat delicious local food, and enjoy art, workshops and recreation.
Morning bicycle rides/parades will start from the north (Uxbridge) and from the south (Providence) meeting up at each end of the NEW SHARROWS coming through the city. Biking, vending, exhibiting, informing, feeding and creating at the event are pursued through the following links and contacts:

Lost dogs - Lilo (See photo) went missing on Tuesday in the area of Verdun Street and Mount St. Charles Street. The dog's family would appreciate any information you might have on the pooch's whereabouts. Call 401-649-5804 or 401-516-7936.
Bruschi, a 45 lb male Sharpei has been missing since May 20, with a new sighting on Second Avenue last week. The owners are moving to Warwick in a few weeks. If you see Bruschi, don't chase him - call 401-484-3292.
Thunder and Steam - Stage Right Studio is hosting its second Thunder and Steam exhibit Friday, June 28 from 6 to 9 p.m. at 68 South Main St. The evening is billed as a "...showcase of extraordinary proportions.Astonishing works of steampunk art from all over.Performers of extraordinary talent, and frivolity will surely abound!The gallery opening is in the Thunder mist city itself!"
Fireworks July 3 - Fireworks will go off this year on July 3 at WWII Memorial Park, 9 p.m. The Mayor's office advises bringing chairs and blankets.

Pack 2 Pawsox, Yard Sale - Pack 2 Woonsocket is selling PawSox tickets for only 8$ each for General admission seats. The game is on July 29 at 7:05 p.m. Proceeds will benefit Pack 2 events.
Pack 2 is also hosting their first Yard Sale & Car Wash on June 30 at OLQM from 11-3. We are looking for any donations of items to sell.
