Operation Patched Out: Charges Against Defendants In RI
Dozens of people were charged in connection to the biker gangs, which state police raided on Thursday. Here are more of the charges.

WOONSOCKET, RI — Dozens of people were charged in connection to the drug and gun trafficking which biker gangs allegedly were running. State police raided 29 addresses on Wednesday. Here are more of the accused and the charges. Information comes from the Rhode Island Judicial Portal. Patch will update this story with more defendants.

Michael Demers, 41, was charged in district court with two felonies associated with Feb. 26, 2018. No plea was entered.

He is facing one count of Conspiracy (Drug); and one count of Manufacturing, Delivering and Possession With Intent . . . (Schedule I/II). A bail hearing is set for June 5 in Superior Court.
Christopher Martin, 45, is being charged in district court with two cases. The first includes two felonies associated with March 23, 2018. He is accused of possession of a firearm while delivering or manufacturing a controlled substance; and manufacturing, delivering and possession with intent to manufacture and deliver (Schedule I/II) controlled substances, first offense. His arraignment is May 30.

In the second case, he is being charged with five felonies:
- manufacturing, selling, delivering and possession of cocaine, greater than 1 kg, first offense;
- manufacturing, delivering and possession with intent to manufacture and deliver (Schedule I/II) controlled substances, first offense.
- conspiracy drug felony less than 5 years;
- conspiracy drug felony less than 5 years; and
- conspiracy drug felony less than 5 years.
Four offenses are associated with activity on Nov. 24, 2017. A bail hearing is set for June 5 in Superior Court.
Hana Daher, 29, was released on $3,700 cash bail. She was charged with these offenses, all felonies:
- conspiracy drug felony greater than 5 years to life;
- conspiracy drug felony greater than 5 years to life;
- soliciting another to commit a crime; and
- possession of a Schedule I to V controlled substance, first offense.
