Troopers arrest man for failing to appear on DUI charge

At 12:14 p.m. July 2, Troopers arrested Michael Bandieri, age 30, of 73 Spring St., Woonsocket for a Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on an original charge of Driving Under the Influence-First Offense originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department.
Bandieri was transported to Headquarters, processed, and transported to 6th District Court.

Troopers arrest Woonsocket man for failing to appear on disorderly conduct charge
At 7:30 p.m. June 10, Troopers arrested Philip Isom, age 28, of 326 Dudley Street, Providence, RI for 1) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on Ability to Pay on the original charge of Disorderly Conduct originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department, 2) Family Court Reciprocal Body Attachment Warrant for Failure to Appear for Non-Support and 3) Family Court Reciprocal Body Attachment Warrant for Failure to Appear for Non-Support. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Robinson Street in the City of Woonsocket. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution.

Troopers arrest woman on DUI charge
On June 9 at 4:47 p.m., Troopers arrested Jessica Chauvin, age 24, of 606 Providence Street, Woonsocket RI for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol- 1st Offense- BAC Unknown and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – 1st Offense.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Chauvin was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace and released.
