Woonsocket Sex Offender Pleads Guilty To Child Porn Charges
Jason D. Boudreau, 43, of Woonsocket, has been convicted twice before in Rhode Island state court, the U.S. Attorney's office said.

WOONSOCKET, RI – Registered sex offender Jason D. Boudreau, 43, of Woonsocket, appeared in Providence federal court on Friday. According to the U.S. Attorney's office, he pleaded guilty to child pornography charges. The charges stem from November 2015 when police raided his house and seized digital devices, including a cell phone.
"A forensic examination of the devices revealed 750 images of child pornography," the U.S. Attorney's Office said. "The images depict nude prepubescent females, including infants and toddlers engaged in sexual acts with adult males, bondage, and the graphic and lascivious exhibition of their genitals."
Specifically, Boudreau pleaded guilty to "access with intent to view child pornography and possession of child pornography," the U.S. Attorney's Office said. He has been in custody since Dec. 29, 2015 when he was arrested. He is due back in court for sentencing on Aug. 21.

"Boudreau was convicted in Rhode Island state court in March 2012 for 2nd degree child molestation and in January 2014 for possession of child pornography," the U.S. Attorney's Office said. "At the time his of sentencing for possession of child pornography in state court, Boudreau was ordered to register as a sex offender."
