Teen Cyclist Dragged By DUI Driver In SMC: Prosecutors
A 15-year-old boy was dragged for blocks after being hit by a DUI driver, prosecutors said.

Albert was born in Portland, Oregon, but grew up a military brat on a Coast Guard base in Novato, California.
