The symposium will focus on police accountability and the complexities surrounding officer-involved shootings.

I am a veteran journalist with more than 20 years of experience covering municipal governments, education, politics and a host of other topics. I was fortunate to be hired by Patch in 2013. I am a Connecticut native who still lives in Fairfield County, and I can be reached at alfred.branch@patch.com.
