Laguna Beach Names New Marine Safety Chief
The outgoing chief is retiring after 44 years with the Laguna Beach Marine Safety Department.

Lucas studied journalism at the University of Nevada and began a career in local news in 2011: first in Reno, as a newscast producer, then moving on to Seattle in 2015, working as an assignment editor and writer.
