The City of Tuscaloosa on Thursday held a groundbreaking ceremony for improvements to Snow Hinton Park.

Ryan Phillips is an award-winning journalist and editor from Tuscaloosa, Alabama. A graduate of both the University of Mississippi and the University of Alabama, Phillips has worked as a reporter and editor at the Birmingham Business Journal, the Associated Press-Atlanta Bureau and Weather.com.
