Construction Coming To 68th Street In Wauwatosa

Contractors will line sewers, pave roads and designate a bike line from State Street to Milwaukee Avenue.

WAUWATOSA, WI — The City of Wauwatosa will start a construction project on 68th Street from State Street to Milwaukee Avenue, the city announced Wednesday.

A contractor hired by the city will line a sanitary sewer, repave the road and designate a bike lane on the east side of the road, the city said.

The project will last from June 7 to late Fall 2021. 68th Street will be closed to traffic during the project but residents will still have access, the city said.
