Victims from different parts of the city say multiple packages vanished the same day they arrived and plan to file police reports, while consumer experts warn porch piracy is surging nationwide during the season.

Milwaukee restaurant owners worry about the future after several restaurant closures this year (tmj4.com) — Milwaukee restaurant owners say 2025 has been one of their toughest years yet, with rising costs and changing customer habits forcing beloved spots like Beans & Barley and National Cafe to close. Others, including Midwest SAD and Strange Town, are openly asking for community support to survive. 3. Cudahy school staff member arrested after sex assault allegation (jsonline.com) — Cudahy police arrested a 28-year-old Milwaukee man after a student reported past sexual assaults involving a Cudahy School District staff member, prompting the district to place the employee on leave.
