NOAA’s 6–10 day and 8–14 day outlooks show Wisconsin solidly in the “below normal” temperature category through the end of November, and NOAA’s new winter seasonal outlook favors below-normal temperatures for December through February across the Upper Midwest.
In short, the state gets one last mild stretch before the holiday, followed by a true winter pattern as December turns colder.
