Malden Plans Presentation On Coyote Concerns
The event will feature tips on how to avoid or reduce intrusive behavior by coyotes.
MALDEN, MA — Malden will host a presentation later this month aimed at addressing coyote behavior and concerns, officials announced Tuesday.
The event comes, officials said, as coyotes become more common throughout Massachusetts.
Planned programming is set for 6:30 p.m. on Jan. 26 in the auditorium of the Forestdale School at 4 Sylvan St. City officials will join Mass Wildlife Biologist Challis Bird to discuss ways residents can avoid or reduce what officials this week described as “intrusive behaviors” from coyotes.
