Training Tip: Drink 0.25 Guinness/mile/week

Qualified or Charity: I will be running in support of First Descents; an amazing organization that provides unique and powerful outdoor experiences for young adults battling cancer. Their mission is to empower patients to paddle, surf and climb beyond their diagnosis, defy their illness and reclaim their lives. It’s a very inspiring effort and something that I am honored to be a part of.
