Nashua Man Arrested After Attacking Woman at Russo's
Watertown Police arrested the man after he jumped on the hood of the woman's car.

Watertown Police arrested a New Hampshire man after he allegedly broke a woman's car window and then hung on the hood of her car as she tried to drive away from Russo's.
A domestic dispute started on March 14 at 12:20 p.m. at Russo's on Pleasant Street in Watertown. The 23-year-old man attacked the woman in the parking lot, said Watertown Police Lt. Michael Lawn.

"The man threw a cell phone at her vehicle and shattered the rear window," Lawn said.
The man then reportedly jumped on the hood of her car, but an off-duty police officer was in the area and stopped the man, Lawn said. The suspect went to hospital for treatment before being arrested, Lawn said.

Matthew D. Carrier, 23, of 15 Edmatteric Dr. in Nashua, N.H., was arrested on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and reckless behavior creating risk for bodily injury, Lawn said.
