Watertown Budget Hearing Delayed by Marathon Bomber Manhunt
The Fiscal 2014 budget will be presented to the Town Counil on Wednesday night.

The manhunt for the second Boston Marathon bomber shut down Town Hall Friday, along with the rest of town, so Watertown's Fiscal 2014 budget hearing has been delayed.
Town Council President Mark Sideris said the town could not post the announcement in time to meet the requirement of the Massachusetts Open Meeting Law. The announcement must be posted 48 hours, or two business days, before the meeting.
The Town Council meeting was scheduled to be on Tuesday, April 23, but will now be held Wednesday, April 24, at 7:15 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Town Hall.
