BERKELEY, NJ - A public hearing for a 24-home neighborhood off Station Road is set to take place later this week at Town Hall, according to public records.

Applicant Station Road Developers, LLC will be seeking preliminary and major final subdivision for 24 residential lots and three homeowners association (HOA) lots at 99 Station Road in Bayville. As it stands, the lot is a nearly 12-acre empty plot of land and trees surrounded by existing houses.

Attorney Ryan Murphy and engineer Glenn D. Lines are set to speak and answer questions on behalf of the applicant.

The hearing was initially scheduled for April 20, though the applicant submitted their notices a day late and the board therefore lacked jurisdiction to hear it, the board explained at a prior meeting.
