Heritage Square Professional Center Open For Business On Route 9 In Bayville

BAYVILLE, NJ - Office space is now available for rent at the newly renovated Heritage Square at 510 Route 9 South in Bayville.

Eight offices are available, at a price of $15 per square foot. The leases range from two to five years, according to the website.

Anthony and Lisa Zangari are the new owners of the 10,000 square-foot center and have had work crews of the site for many months. The building had been vacant for a number of years.

The Central Ocean Business Association (COBA) will meet in the center from 6 to 8 p.m. on Nov. 8. Light refreshments, soft drinks and wine will be provided.

Tickets for the open house are $10 for COBA and "future" COBA members for $15.

Dino the dinosaur, a Bayville landmark for decades, will be allowed to stay in front of the center. He's getting a makeover sometime in the near future.
