No Suspects Yet In Burglary Of Grouse Drive Home, Berkeley Police Chief Says
Officers found the door open, copper piping missing and a dismantled furnace.

BERKELEY TOWNSHIP, NJ - Police are investigating the recent theft of copper piping and the dismantling of a furnace at a Grouse Drive home, Police Chief Karin T. DiMichele said.
Patrolmen Don Rowley, Michael Connell and Brian Flanegan were responded to the home at 8:44 a.m. on Oct. 5 on a report of a possible burglary. They found the door open, the piping missing and the furnace dismantled, the chief said.
There are no known suspects or witnesses at this time. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Berkeley Township Detective Bureau at 732-341-1132 x 611 or email detective@btpdnj.org. Tips can be anonymous.
