
The National Association of Mothers’ Centers is holding its 16th Annual Work/Life Conference on Nov. 24 at the Crest Hollow Country Club.
The theme is Technology's Impact on Work and Life and speakers include Domenique Camacho-Moran (a partner, Farrell Fritz, P.C.) and Judy Martin, (the founder of WorkLifeNation.com). Workshops sessions include "Keeping Kids,Parenting and Life in Perspective," "The Perfect Work/Life Balance: Is There an App for That?" "How Adult Day Programs Can Help Relieve Caregiver Stress," "Beyond Bullying: The Intersection of Technology, Violence & Harassment" and "Managing Social Media So it Doesn't Take Over Your Life."
The National Association of Mothers’ Centers is headquartered on Long Island. Since 1975 the group has been working to help "recognize the challenges, realities and value of mothering" and through programs offer moms and other caregivers a sense of camaraderie, peer support, empathy, information, and resources.

The group sponsors the Mothers Ought To Have Equal Rights (MOTHERS) public policy initiative, which advocates for the economic support of caregiving and Mothers Central blog offers parenting conversations that explore real, authentic motherhood experiences, insights and questions.
