Man Took Photos Up Woman's Skirt In Suffolk: Police

The man snapped the photos at a Dollar Tree and was charged with unlawful surveillance, police say.

EAST FARMINGDALE, NY — A Manhattan man was arrested Thursday after Suffolk police said he used his cellphone to take pictures up the skirt of a 43-year-old woman in East Farmingdale earlier in May.

Christopher St. Surin, 30, of Manhattan, took the photos of the woman at Dollar Tree, at 2263 Broadhollow Road, around 5:35 p.m. May 9, police said.

St. Surin was arrested and charged with unlawful surveillance.

He was held overnight at the First Precinct and is scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on Saturday. The investigation is continuing.

"Detectives are asking anyone with additional information or if you believe you are a victim to call the First Squad at 631-854-8152," the department wrote.
