St. Kilian Announces Holy Week Schedule

St. Kilian R.C. Church in Farmingdale has announced its Holy Week schedule. Of note, is that confessions will be held only on Monday and Wednesday this week. There are no confessions on Saturday this week.

Here is the confession schedule:

Monday, March 25: 3-9 p.m.

Wednesday, March 27: 7:30-8:30 p.m.

There are no confessions on Thursday, Friday or Saturday of Holy Week.

Schedule of Masses:

Holy Thursday, March 28         

9 a.m.:  Morning Prayer        

7:30 p.m.: Solemn Mass of the Lord’s Supper with Procession to the Repository and Adoration until midnight.

Good Friday, March 29         

9 a.m.: Morning Prayer

12 noon: Way of the Cross (Spanish)         

4 p.m: Liturgy of the Passion with Veneration of the Cross and Communion.

8 p.m. Living Stations of the Cross (St. Kilian Youth Ministry)

Holy Saturday, March 30         

9 a.m.: Morning Prayer         

9:30 a.m.: Blessing of Easter foods    

There are no 5, 6:15 or 7:30 p.m. Masses on Holy Saturday         

8 p.m.: Easter Vigil Mass with the Service of Light, the Prophesies, Baptismal Liturgy and Eucharist.

Easter Sunday, March 31         

Mass in the Church: 7, 8, 9:30, 11 a.m., and 12:30 p.m.        

In the Auditorium: 9:45, 11:15 a.m., 12:30 p.m. (Spanish)
