Nick Russo In Coma After Head Surgery
After being found unconscious on the side of the road in Framingham yesterday, the Hopkinton resident is currently in intensive care at Boston Medical Center.

Sean started freelancing for Patch while he was still completing his journalism degree at Keene State College in New Hampshire.
